The Democracy for The Citizens Party (DCP) is a progressive political movement founded on the principles of democracy, transparency, and citizen empowerment. The movement was founded on an unwavering belief that effective governance begins with listening. We are driven by the conviction that citizens must not only be heard but must shape the decisions that affect their lives. In a political landscape often dominated by top-down agendas, DCP stands apart by putting people first.
Our unifying philosophy, "Skiza Wakenya" (Listen to Kenyans), is more than a slogan—it is our mission. It reflects our commitment to responsive leadership, genuine civic engagement, and transparent institutions. We bring together patriotic Kenyans from every walk of life, united in their desire to confront the nation's most urgent challenges through inclusive, citizen-driven solutions. At DCP, we are building a future where government is not only accountable, but truly reflective of the people's hopes, needs, and voices.
